Reduced Hours for Covid-19

Basseterre, St. Kitts. Effective March 31, 2020, First Federal Credit Union has temporarily adjusted the hours of operations for all branches to help ensure the safety of members and employees. The Credit Services Centre is temporarily closed until further notice. In addition, its Bladen Commercial Development and Chapel Street, Nevis branches remain open for the following hours:

Monday to Thursday  8am to 12noon

Friday                              8am to 2pm

Priority will be given to senior citizens and differently abled members between the hours of 8am to 9 am.

Members who are affected by COVID-19 and are experiencing financial hardship are encouraged to call us at 869-466-FIRST(3477) or email to setup a virtual appointment, to discuss various solutions available to eligible members.

First Federal thanks the general public for their co-operation and will continue to share information about how it will continue to operate safely and effectively.
